Position Summary
The Strategic Sales Partner (SSP) is a contract position, responsible for representing B.A.I. and the Pavise product collection as an independent sales representative in select regions of Florida. The focus will be centralized on promoting our product portfolio to aesthetic providers via direct selling of our physician dispensed skincare. The SSP will work with our Southeast Sales Director, Kim Kemp, to help build up our customer base in Puerto Rico.
You must live and work in Puerto Rico or Florida.
Compensation is provided as a percentage of net sales. Pavise partners with independent sales representatives on a non-exclusive basis, meaning they are welcome to carry other complementary products in addition to the Pavise line. Responsibilities
Exceptional attainment of sales objectives, strategic planning, implantation and pull-through Develop and execute key sales targets and marketing strategies Accelerate, build and cultivate relationships with accounts and KOLs (Plastic, Dermatology and Mid-Level providers) Provide market insights back to sales, operations and marketing management Maintain a high level of business acumen prioritizing field activity and goal achievement Positively represent B.A.I. and the organization at educational events, local and national tradeshows Demonstrate and model high integrity aligned with company standards and policies for business and compliance Maintain a high level of industry knowledge with respect to the market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies Demonstrate entrepreneurial innovation and drive with the ability to scale area plans Requirements
Minimum 4+ years relevant industry experience, preferably in Biopharmaceutical, Device and/or Healthcare industries Must be comfortable speaking and writing Spanish in a business setting Aesthetics sales background or related experience as an independent sales representative strongly preferred Ability to launch products in a fast-paced, highly visible and dynamic environment Strong knowledge of analytics, budgeting and key revenue drivers Ability to easily seek out, connect with, build, and maintain customer relationships Advanced analytical, consulting, and business planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building Excellent presentation skills Proficiency in using CRM platforms, excel, word, power point and other applications Interested parties can send their information to our team by clicking the button below.
