Position Summary
The O&E Program Manager (O&E PM) will lead day-to-day management of Outreach and Engagement activities, aligning strategies with mission to inform, support, and empower the military community. This leader will manage communications personnel, digital content delivery, brand development, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Task 2 performance, personnel, and stakeholder relationships
Lead development and execution of user-focused communications strategies
Coordinate branding, content development, web/social media operations
Monitor performance metrics and optimize digital engagement campaigns
Serve as primary point of contact for all O&E-related matters
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field
8+ years managing government or enterprise communications initiatives
5+ years leading digital strategy, PR, branding, and media operations
Experience with CMS platforms, ad campaign strategy, and UX testing (desired)
