Program Overview / The Role Peraton is seeking a Systems/Mission/Test Engineer to provide mission focused Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to government clients.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with customer, system developers, and external mission partners on planning and outreach for experimental capability demonstrations
Support customer team technology roadmap development
Work closely with space system operations team to execute and trouble shoot demo campaigns
Engage with broader space community in support of various exercises and events
Support systems engineering team on milestone reviews of future missions
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
Current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required
Experience and technical expertise with a breadth of payload phenomenology\'s desired
Previous test and demonstration experience desired
Strong communication skills required
Some travel required
Details Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual\'s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
