POSITION SUMMARY – SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, ENVIRONMENTS

The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale experiential, branded environment, and architectural projects from concept through completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships across a portfolio of high-profile projects, ensuring delivery excellence while advancing Elevate’s creative vision. Ideal candidates have experience overseeing projects that connect design and build — including branded interiors, stadium environments, activations, installations, and permanent spaces. Experience with wayfinding systems and venue environments is a strong plus, as these projects require careful coordination of user experience, circulation, and brand integration. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings and bring clarity and confidence to complex projects. You are adept at leading client meetings with executives, negotiating with vendors, and mentoring junior PMs and Coordinators. We welcome applicants from diverse professional backgrounds — including architecture, experiential design, interior design, construction management, or creative agencies — but you must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary spatial projects at scale with both financial and creative accountability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead large-scale experiential, branded environment, and architectural projects from initiation through completion, managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets of $1M+. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, leading executive-level meetings, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and manage detailed project budgets, forecasts, and schedules; monitor portfolio profitability and resource utilization to ensure financial health. Oversee vendor negotiations, contracts, and bid documentation; ensure compliance with project scopes, standards, and profitability goals. Mentor and support junior PMs and Coordinators, fostering accountability, growth, and high performance across the project management team. Facilitate collaboration across creative, strategy, architecture, fabrication, and production disciplines to ensure seamless communication and delivery. Identify and mitigate risks early, implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track and clients aligned. Conduct quality assurance reviews, site visits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to fabrication standards, building codes, and safety requirements. Maintain accuracy in project planning and resource allocation, updating plans of record in PM tools (e.g., Resource Guru, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Smartsheet). Drive efficiency by contributing to the evolution of Elevate’s project delivery processes, tools, and workflows, balancing creative agility with operational rigor.

Strong record of client engagement and growth, including building long-term relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
