Position Overview Provide analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department.

Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities

Participate in multiple programs or projects to deliver prompt solutions to critical business problems with limited oversight and direction.

Monitor all department schedules so as to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates.

Collect and analyze all necessary data including financial and performance indicators, for resolution of problems, issues and concerns.

Analyze organizational, functional, team and/or project needs to provide recommendations including return on investment, and cost-benefit analysis leading to successful strategies and execution plans.

Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.

Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent experience plus three (3) years’ experience in project management, business/financial planning and analysis or systems design/development.

Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining systems.

Experience in use of project management/planning software.

Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills.

Strong human relations and leadership skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Working Conditions

Must be able to travel.
