Job Description

Performs help desk services providing 24/7 telephone support for vital equipment and problem resolution/troubleshooting to provide fault isolation and recommended corrective actions.

Analyzes technical data, failure analysis reports, and original equipment manufacturing notices to determine or formulate recommendations regarding system sparing, repair cycle venues, failure corrective actions, and sustainable replacement items.

Receive, track, document, and store parts in all phases of the repair cycle.

Experience or certification as an instructor/trainer.

Provides supply support through material research, ordering, warranty tracking, packaging, handling, storing, and transporting.

Experience in logistics support, familiarity with logistics practices and processes.

Experience using logistics tools and metrics.

Qualifications

To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, or related Engineering discipline, or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $48,500–$88,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
