Overview
Property Managers – Minneapolis Metro Area (Multiple Roles Available) Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $72,000.00/yr Position at Trinity Property Consultants. Trinity Property Consultants values your expertise and supports professional growth. We have three new acquisitions in the Minneapolis market (New Hope, Cottage Grove, and Minneapolis) and are seeking dynamic Property Managers to lead communities ranging from 84 to 175 units. Salary: $65K to $72K annual base, plus potential performance and renewal bonuses. Responsibilities
Achieve the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control Maintain high occupancy levels Develop marketing plans while staying informed of market conditions and competitive pricing Prepare and render operational and financial data to the Regional Manager in a timely manner Maintain a high-quality on-site team through effective management training, setting clear standards, and leading the team to fulfill their potential Implement company policies and procedures Lead daily/weekly team meetings Ensure physical aspects of the property are fully operational and safe Schedule vendors to keep vacant units ready for occupancy Visually inspect grounds, buildings, and apartments regularly Complete and analyze market surveys Qualifications
Education & Certifications
High school education or equivalent required CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA certifications preferred but not required Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use on-site management software Experience
Minimum of one year of experience as a Property Manager in the Multifamily industry required Skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong customer service orientation and sales background Knowledge of fair housing laws and state regulations Computer & Software
Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of software such as Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check preferred Learning & Development

Ability to sit, stand, walk, communicate, and use hands; occasional climbing; extended computer and phone work; ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed Work Schedule & Travel
