Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise scale hosting architecture. We have opportunities for all experience levels. Infrastructure Engineers specialize in different areas. Experience and/or interest in different technologies can be discussed during the recruitment process. Backgrounds considered include: IT/Systems/Computer Engineering; Cybersecurity/Networking; Computer Science. Infrastructure Engineering Areas include: Security; Network; Network Security; Network Services; DevOps; Cloud; SAN & Backup; Virtualization; Windows. Epic is located just outside Madison, Wisconsin, the second fastest growing market for tech talent in the United States, and is home to the state capital and the University of Wisconsin. Madison is known for its quality of life and tech talent presence. Responsibilities
Design, build, coordinate, and maintain multi-tenant, high-complexity hosting architecture. Work across infrastructure domains to support enterprise-scale hosting environments. Collaborate with teams to implement Infrastructure as Code solutions and improve systems that support Epics hosting infrastructure. Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting. Follow policies and procedures and escalate when policies are not followed; escalate potential security incidents with relevant information; meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed) Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift COVID-19 vaccination Seniority level
