What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and in a timely manner
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using required tools and track progress
Identify, document, and track risks and issues throughout the project life cycle
Conduct project reviews and provide recommendations and strategies for future improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management
Proven work experience in project management at varying levels of complexity
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization
Bachelor’s degree and legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
Agile Certification CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, or SAfE certifications
Experience with PDLC and SDLC methodologies
Insurance or Financial Industry experience
Hands‑on experience with various project methodologies, including both Agile and Waterfall
