What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as a bridge between Business and Technical Teams, performing requirement gathering and process review sessions
Document current state business processes using RACI, RTM, and flow diagrams
Conduct regression testing and quality assurance for new solutions and enhancements
Create detailed process documentation and job aids to assist users in understanding recommended processes
Provide expert support during the cutover and Hypercare period of implementation for Salesforce, CPQ, and Logik solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3‑5 years of business experience in selling processes with an in-depth understanding of the Quote/Lead to Cash process
4‑year degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
Familiarity with Logik.io, Salesforce/CPQ, and CAD drafting tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business scenarios into documentation
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in Make to Order, Make to Stock, and Engineer to Order processes
Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Creative and goal‑oriented mindset, willing to think outside the box
