As an ITS Network Solutions Architect you will report to the ITS Division Manager and Corporate Director of Pre‑Sales Estimating. You will be responsible for providing full lifecycle technical consulting centered around both Wireless and LAN/WAN solution sets for medium‑to‑large‑sized organizations. Your specific duties as a Network Solutions Architect will include: Works collaboratively with sales and engineering teams and serve as a trusted advisor. Support sales team, as required, to recommend and close Mobility opportunities. Work with our sales teams to raise awareness of practice strategy and offerings to drive revenues. Work with our Capture and Proposal teams as technical SME providing technical narratives as required. Work with OEM Channel and Tier 1 Distribution partners on designs, pricing, and engineering efforts. Build and foster relationships with other partners and customers. Cultivate strong channel relationships and create a bi‑directional lead flow with a goal of four leads per month. Work with a wide variety of clients performing assessments, surveys, designs and full enterprise class WLAN/LAN solutions and implementations. Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems. Provide knowledge transfer to clients on implemented solutions. Complete project activities and provide deliverables on time and under budget. Create deliverable documents including network drawings and device configuration that clients can use to operate implemented solutions. Assist with documentation, specification, and offering direction in alignment with Marketing and BU strategies. Contribute to Channel requirements for certifications, alignment, functions, trades shows and co‑marketing events. QUALIFICATIONS

As a Solutions Architect your excellent communication and presentation skills combined with a technically sound understanding of Cisco, HP/Aruba, Juniper/Mist, Ruckus and FortiNet products will enable the Mobility Practice to build upon and exceed customer and company goals. Specific required qualifications for the Network Solutions Architect position include: At least 5‑10 years of solid networking experience focused in Wireless, Routing, and Switching with hands‑on experience designing and implementing secure 802.11 WiFi and Networking solutions. Pre‑Sales experience with technology solution sets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to adapt to various business needs. Experience developing and fostering key revenue‑driven relationships. Must be abreast of industry trends and new technologies. Must have progressive experience and certifications with one or more of the following: HP/Aruba, Ruckus, Juniper/Mist, FortiNet. Candidate must have hands‑on experience designing and implementing networking technologies including Enterprise Routing and Switching, Wireless, and Network Security. Must be capable of working well both independently or as part of a team. Wireless and Security experience is a big plus. Cisco and/or Cisco partner experience is a plus. HP/Aruba and/or HP/Aruba partner experience is a plus. Experience with Ekahau wireless toolsets is preferred. US Federal government experience is a plus. Must have good leadership skills.
