WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Senior ABX Marketing Business Partner. Applications for this role will be accepted until 10/24/2025. Ideal candidates will reside in the Eastern or Central US time zones. Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop, implement, and test a set of scalable, integrated ABX/ABM plans and digital plays (one-to-one, industry segment, one-to-many/mass personalization) to drive pipeline acceleration, revenue growth, retention, and engagement with key prospect and WorkForce Software client accounts. You will collaborate with sales and client teams to identify target accounts and develop personalized marketing plans tailored to a client’s needs and goals. Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital web experiences, content marketing, email marketing, and events, to engage and nurture target accounts. Utilize ABM platforms, marketing automation/outreach, CRM, and project management tools to develop and manage personalized journeys for key accounts, ensuring timely and relevant touchpoints. Measure and optimize program performance, including key metrics, ROI, and pipeline and revenue attribution to impact revenue and retention goals and make data-driven recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement. Maintain a continuous learning mindset, staying up to date with industry trends, ABX best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance ABX strategies. What You’ll Do

In close alignment with sales, design, execute and measure ABM campaigns and 1:1 high-value, personalized experiences for strategic account opportunities and clients. Collaborate:
Work closely with the creative, content, partner, product marketing and marketing programming teams to create scalable ABX experiences, content, and campaigns. Leverage:
ABM, marketing, and analytics platforms (Demandbase, Folloze, Outreach, Salesforce, Tableau, Seismic) to orchestrate and track campaigns. Measure and optimize:
Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance, including key metrics, ROI, and pipeline and revenue attribution to impact revenue and retention goals and make data-driven recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement. Continuous learner:
Stay up to date with industry trends, ABX best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance ABX strategies. To Succeed In This Role
You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent. You have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience for SaaS Software. You’ll have 3+ years of ABX Marketing experience. You have 3+ years’ experience with Martech and project management tools like Demandbase, Outreach, Salesforce, Folloze, and Asana to execute and measure ABX program effectiveness. Associates that live near an ADP or WorkForce Software office will be required to work a hybrid model. Other Things That Will Set You Apart
Business savvy in understanding the GTM sales and marketing motions of an enterprise SaaS organization. Experience developing and executing ABX programs that drive engagement, revenue growth, and customer retention. Project management and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects with quality outcomes under tight deadlines and agile priorities, with limited supervision. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data, draw insights, make data-driven decisions to optimize programs, and effectively communicate these insights to cross-functional stakeholders. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $59,100.00 - USD $120,200.00 / Year.
