As the
eCommerce Analytics & Insights Manager , you’ll lead analytics and insight initiatives that influence business decisions across brands, customers, and channels. You’ll dive deep into data, connect insights to business impact, and shape how we measure success across key eCommerce performance levers — including
Sales & Market Share, Search, Assortment & Availability, Content, Pricing & Promotion, Retail Media, and Shopper Behavior .

What You’ll Do
Lead eCommerce Performance Measurement & Insights
Lead the eCommerce performance narrative for our US business – connecting business results to the trends and drivers behind them
Turn complex data from multiple sources into compelling, insight‑driven stories that help leaders, brands, and customer teams shape strategy, execution, and growth
Work with analytics partners in the US and India to deliver accurate, automated, and actionable data and insights
Advance eCommerce Analytics Capabilities
Partner with enterprise and external partners to push the boundaries of how we measure eCommerce performance and improve our analytic tools
Identify analytics and measurement capability gaps and help lead initiatives to close them
Help Build the Future of eCommerce Measurement
Serve as subject matter expert for eCommerce KPIs, analytic frameworks, data, and tools
Coach and train teams across the business to better use eCommerce data and analytics to shape strategy and execution
Help evolve the General Mills eCommerce measurement playbook and reporting ecosystem
What You’ll Bring
Expertise in eCommerce analytics, KPIs, and the digital shelf, with the ability to connect metrics to business outcomes
Strong analytical acumen — skilled at framing business questions and able to synthesize complex data from multiple sources, structure it into a clear analytic framework, and translate into actionable insights and recommendations
Experience with syndicated and eCommerce data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Scintilla, Circana, Profitero, Stackline, Stratum) and retail media performance measurement
Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify, influence senior stakeholders, and partner across cross‑functional teams
Hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach — comfortable diving into data while leading and coaching others in analytics best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a knack for turning insights into compelling stories that enable confident decision‑making
Curiosity, creativity, and a bias for action — continuously seeking to improve measurement, analytics, and business performance
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, digital analytics, insights, or performance marketing analytics
Experience with syndicated, retailer, digital shelf, and retail media data and platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Scintilla, Circana, Amazon Brand Analytics, Profitero, Stackline, 84.51, etc.)
Strong understanding of retail and digital performance metrics, KPIs, and frameworks
Proven ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret data from multiple sources
Strong storytelling and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders through data‑driven narratives
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
Strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and timeliness in delivering insights
Preferred Qualifications
CPG or CPG retailer experience
Experience leading cross‑functional analytics initiatives (e.g., developing analytic frameworks, building measurement & reporting capabilities)
Comfortable forming clear, actionable recommendations from imperfect or incomplete data
Hands‑on experience with data modeling tools (e.g., SQL) and predictive analytics/forecasting
Demonstrated collaboration and influence skills in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment

International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered

Salary Range The salary range for this position is $108,900.00 - $163,500.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. Pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Beyond base salary, General Mills offers a competitive Total Rewards package focusing on your overall well-being.
