SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, Wisconsin (WI) seeks an outpatient only family medicine physician to join their team of 15 physicians and 7 advanced practitioners.
Position
Outpatient only with a 4‑day work week and part‑time options available
18‑20 patients per day
Team focused on true patient‑centric and quality care
Option to perform scopes and other procedures based on skills and experience
Faculty appointment and ability to work with residents
EMR‑EPIC
Physician leadership is valued and kept top of mind with SSM's dyad leadership model
