Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Flask Create and enhance RESTful APIs, integrating them with backend services and external systems Architect and deploy solutions in AWS utilizing Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and Terraform Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for automated testing, builds, and deployments Collaborate with UX, DevOps, and Product teams to transform requirements into maintainable and reusable components Produce clean, tested, and well-documented code, including unit and integration tests Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and facilitate technical discussions to uphold design consistency and reliability Company

We offer a hybrid work environment operating in the Eastern Time Zone, with core hours from 9 AM to 5 PM ET. Occasional travel may be required, but it will be less than 10% of the year. This role is contingent upon the successful obtaining of a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) clearance. This position is full-time with a salary ranging from $130,000 to $180,000 per year. As part of the application process, candidates will be required to answer questions pertaining to their experience with full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, and Python (Flask) within an AWS cloud framework. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) should also be detailed, along with any prior federal contracting or government project experience and existing or past security clearances. We expect candidates to have at least 7 years of full-stack web development experience. A Confidential security clearance is preferred, and the ability to commute or relocate to Columbia, MD 21046 is essential before commencing work.
