Production Management Associate, Content Production
WORK OPTION:
The NBA currently provides eligible employees the option of working remotely one day per week.
Position Summary The Production Management Associate, Business Operations will support the Content Production team. The role will require daily operational support, implementing and executing processes and procedures, working closely with Finance and Legal, creating budgets, tracking projects, and communicating with key stakeholders and vendors. This role will require strong fiscal management, communication, and organizational skills.
Major Responsibilities
Manage all travel coordination for staff and vendors in the Content Production department
Create and submit credit card authorization forms for staff and vendors
Create and manage shipments for Global Events for designated Content departments
Create, track, and analyze production event budgets as needed
Manage department corporate card statements (BTA/Purchase Cards/Meeting Cards)
Reconcile & process corporate cards and invoices post-event for staff and vendors
Work with Legal to execute vendor event agreements for NBA tentpole events
Responsible for communicating vital information to Content Production staff and vendors regarding tentpole events, including tax information, hotels, schedules, and other key logistics
Create and reconcile work orders in Xytech for shoots and projects
Create and process invoices in the Corcentric system
Key point of contact for vendors regarding onboarding processes and paperwork, issues, and policy changes
Work closely with Finance to review outstanding issues concerning Corcentric, payments & budgets for projects
Work closely with Travel to track the progress of new processes and vendor onboarding
Handle the Business Operations department's administrative work as needed
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree required
3‑5 years of experience in Media, Production, Finance, Sports Management, or related field
Required Skills / Knowledge
Finance background preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Detail‑Oriented
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with Excel, XYTECH, Microsoft Word, PeopleSoft, and Corcentric preferred
Salary Range:
$70,000 – $80,000
