Base pay range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead HVAC Installer to join our team as we expand into the Asheville market. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in HVAC/R systems installation. This role involves working with various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential settings.
Duties
Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Familiar with gas systems, dual fuels, and heat pumps.
Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC/R systems and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with team members to design and implement HVAC solutions tailored to customer needs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Drive company van to job sites, transporting tools and equipment as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
Requirements
Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC/R installation or field service.
Familiarity with air conditioning systems, boiler operations, and appliance repair is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems.
Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a company van safely.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry advancements.
