Experienced ABA Behavior Technician – Part Time
Join Butterfly Effects as a dedicated Experienced ABA Behavior Technician to help children with autism develop vital skills such as communication, social interaction, and self‑care. In this role you will collaborate closely with families to implement ABA‑based behavior intervention plans and support their goals in a natural environment.

Responsibilities
Assist children with autism in honing key skills—communication, social interaction, and self‑care.
Collaborate with families to execute individualized ABA intervention plans.
Work in natural environments to observe, collect data, and deliver interventions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of progress and session notes.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to refine intervention strategies.
Benefits and Compensation
Competitive hourly pay: $21.00 – $28.00, based on experience, education, and certifications.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.

Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a satisfactory criminal background check.
Physical Requirements This role involves working in natural environments, sometimes requiring the lifting or moving of up to 50 lbs and maintaining various postures for extended periods.
