to assist our sales team in managing client accounts and ensuring excellent service delivery. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting business growth operations.

Responsibilities
Support the sales team in managing existing client accounts.
Handle client queries and ensure timely follow‑up.
Coordinate meetings, prepare quotations, and track sales documentation.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Assist in after‑sales service and client retention initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and service‑oriented mindset.
Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service is an advantage.
