Must-Have Skills :
4-9 years of experience in technical recruitment across areas like Engineering, Data Science, and Product
Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and using ATS tools like iCIMS
Strong knowledge of technical skill sets and ability to present hiring data to stakeholders
Nice to Have :
Previous experience working at Uber or a similar tech company
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field
