Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co‑workers in accordance with Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

Serves as project leader in a coordinating role between clients and IT personnel for problem resolution, project evaluation, and system integration and implementation.

Coordinates systems support including design, coding, documentation, training, and implementation of multiple systems.

Serves as primary liaison between IT department, vendors, and clients for multiple complex systems/applications and interfaces.

Provides technical assistance to clients and IT staff specifically related to integration of complex systems.

Participates in on‑call rotation schedule, including daily, after hours, and weekends for 24x7 client support when necessary.

Requirements

Five years of related work experience including coding, interface programming, system integration, and information systems/technology support.

High proficiency in desktop applications including Word, Excel, and Project Management Software.

Team player with excellent communication, initiative, organizational, analytical skills and ability to lead projects.

Thorough understanding of change control, code management, troubleshooting, and monitoring of system performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licenses & Certifications

Relevant certifications or registrations as required.
