The Department of Ophthalmology at The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates (GW-MFA) is seeking a part-time, fellowship-trained Glaucoma Ophthalmologist to join our academic team in Washington, DC. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to blend clinical care and teaching in one of the nation’s most vibrant and culturally rich cities.
Position Highlights
Educate residents and medical students Competitive compensation in the $180K to $250K range depending on the number of sessions worked (negotiable) Part-time work hours can be negotiated with a comprehensive benefits package included, depending on the percentage of time worked Join a prestigious academic health center affiliated with The George Washington University Be a part of Universal Health Services (UHS), a Fortune 500 company renowned for superior patient care Access to advanced clinical technologies and academic resources
Position Requirements
Board Certified in Ophthalmology Fellowship trained in Glaucoma Experience in academic centers preferred, but not required Eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia
