Apr 1-3, 6-10, 13-17, 20-24, 27-30

May 1, 4-8, 11-15, 18-22, 25-29

Jun 1-5

Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a‑4:30p

Full Coverage needed

Possible 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off to accommodate travel

Patient Demographics: Adult, Peds

Patient Volume: 15–20

Physician in Practice: 4

Support Staff: 1 APP, 1 RN, 1 MA, 6 Office Staff

Procedures: Well women care

EMR: Epic/Aria
