Ultimate Staffing is actively hiring Senior Manufacturing Technicians for immediate openings with our client in San Jose, CA! These are Temporary and Temporary-to-Hire opportunities with competitive pay and shift differentials.
What You’ll Do
Collaborating with engineers and executing assigned tasks
Running test tools and supporting lab experiments
Documenting experiments and communicating results using MS Office
Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to operate automation tools for proprietary device assembly
Battery manufacturing experience is highly desired
Work Environment Requirements
Comfortable working in a dry room / cleanroom
Able to wear full‑body cleanroom gown and face coverings
Able to stand for long periods and lift 20‑30 lbs. occasionally
Pay & Shift Details
Pay Range: $30‑$45 / hr (based on experience)
2nd Shift Differential: +6%
3rd Shift Differential: +12%
12‑Hour Shift (3rd Shift – Nights): Sun‑Tues, 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (every other Wed)
12‑Hour Shift (3rd Shift – Nights): Thurs‑Sat, 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (every other Wed)
12‑Hour Shift (Day Shift): Sun‑Tues, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (every other Wed)
12‑Hour Shift (Day Shift): Thurs‑Sat, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (every other Wed)
Standard Weekday 2nd Shift: Mon‑Fri, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Standard Weekday 1st Shift: Mon‑Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
