Senior Director, US Fraud Solutions TransUnion

TransUnion’s Public Sector business provides a suite of mission‑critical solutions to help U.S. federal, state and local government agencies manage risk and reduce costs. This role will work across all phases of the product life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace and retirement, collaborating with product, GT, InfoSec, Operations, MSP, and go‑to‑market teams.

Responsibilities

End‑to‑end fraud product responsibility covering GFS product strategy, innovation, business and product requirements, use‑case prioritization, and roadmap for key public‑sector fraud solutions.

Manage overall product health, including product backlog, ongoing support, and sunset strategies.

Write comprehensive product requirements, define solution intent, and determine high‑level capabilities in partnership with global technology and InfoSec teams.

Collaborate with the Public Sector vertical, technology, and FedRAMP Infrastructure product owner to develop the GFS roadmap and pursue appropriate prioritization.

Lead FedRAMP documentation and certification efforts with consultants and Infosec, ensuring alignment across stakeholder groups.

Serve as product management liaison for enabling sales, supporting Delivery and Customer Success, and developing onboarding procedures.

Maintain relationships with 3rd‑party providers and GFS product counterparts to influence roadmap and solutions alignment.

Collaborate with product marketing to create relevant collateral, training materials, and schedules.

Support certification efforts for Public Sector fraud solutions, working closely with InfoSec, GT, and FRPO.

Monitor and analyze product financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

10+ years managing fraud solutions at a leader level, responsible for solution development, deployment, and commercialization.

15+ years experience in consulting, product management, technology, or operations.

Familiarity with FedRAMP requirements and authorization processes.

Experience defining product requirements and roadmaps for data and/or technical solutions, with the ability to translate and communicate governmental standards.

Preferred experience building and managing large, complex solution platforms.

Capability to understand complex technical security architectures and apply them toward certification and compliance projects.

Proven ability to create compelling communication across all levels, internally and externally.

Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance per FedRAMP relevant requirements/guidance.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in‑person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Compensation The U.S. base salary range for this position is $166,800.00 – $250,000.00 annually. Regular, full‑time non‑sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long‑term incentives.
