You'll be on the ground influencing site-level operations, guiding ASC Administrators, collaborating with Medical Directors, and setting the gold standard for clinical excellence across the platform. You'll also lead the clinical integration of new centers as we continue expanding nationally.

At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, including 7+ years overseeing multi-site ASC clinical operations.
Deep understanding of ASC workflows, anesthesia protocols, and regulatory frameworks (CMS, AAAHC, Joint Commission).
Demonstrated ability to lead within complex, matrixed organizations—driving alignment and outcomes without relying solely on direct authority.
Executive-level presence with exceptional communication skills; able to earn trust and inspire across clinical teams, physician leaders, and executive stakeholders.
Proven track record of designing and implementing high-performing clinical models, governance systems, and scalable infrastructure.
