Role Description We’re seeking a dedicated Estate Security Agent who brings both vigilance and professionalism to the role. The ideal candidate is:
Security‑focused with strong interpersonal skills
Clear and confident communicator—verbally and in writing
Sharp in problem‑solving, risk assessment, and decision‑making
Collaborative and adaptable in fast‑moving environments
Discreet and respectful of sensitive information
Guided by integrity, accountability, and sound judgment
Prior experience in executive protection, residential security, emergency response, or surveillance operations is highly valued.
Responsibilities
Safeguard the client, their family, and property
Uphold the client’s values and code of conduct
Make timely, informed decisions to ensure safety
Maintain accurate records: logs, audits, inspections, communications
Monitor and respond to security systems (CCTV, alarms, panic devices)
Manage access control for guests, staff, and vendors
Support travel security and special assignments
Communicate professionally with the client, family, and team
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Build trust with the client and Team Lead
Collaborate with intelligence, investigations, GSOCs, private security, and law enforcement
Identify and mitigate risks and suspicious activity
Perform effectively in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in residential security, executive protection, or related field.
Completion of approved Executive Protection or Estate Security training program preferred.
Strong physical readiness and emergency response capability.
Ability to perform under pressure in dynamic environments.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with security systems, emergency protocols, and access control procedures.
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Valid U.S. Passport and California driver’s license.
Must pass comprehensive background investigation; subject to random drug testing.
Additional Credentials / Certifications
Valid BSIS Guard Card (California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services).
Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit.
Valid CCW Permit (Concealed Carry Weapon).
Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (adult and pediatric).
Completion of evasive/defensive driving training from a recognized provider.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Education High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
