Responsibilities
Sales and profit: Infuse your passion for Claire’s products into achieving retail store targets, fostering growth, and spreading the joy of self‑expression; implement strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales.

Piercing excellence: Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Become a trusted guide for customers – conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
Store operations: Keep the heartbeat of our store strong by overseeing operations with efficiency and flair. From managing inventory and handling cash transactions to visual merchandising and coordinating promotional activities, you ensure that every aspect of store operations reflects the fun and joy that defines Claire’s.
Team leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and provide direction and development to your team. Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability to drive results and ensure team members are continually challenged and achieving their full potential.
Brand representation: Showcase Claire’s products and services with enthusiasm and offer fashion‑related tips and advice. Ensure your store is well‑merchandised reflecting the latest trends and maximizing sales opportunities.
About You
Sales‑driven mindset: Thriving on meeting and exceeding sales targets, always looking for ways to maximize opportunities.
Customer‑centric approach: Passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Retail & leadership experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success.
Confidence in piercing services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers.
Strong communication & selling skills: Ability to engage customers, build relationships, and close the sale.
Ability to work independently: Self‑motivated, organized, and able to take charge when needed.
Job Requirements
Conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
Proficient in operating a POS system for transactions and sales management.
High school diploma or equivalent, with 1–2 years of retail management experience.
Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).
Capability to bend, stoop, reach extended, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, employees, and management.
Proficiency in mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
Driven team leader with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Passion for fashion and awareness of the latest trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Ability to create a curated fashion look with products during your shift.
