$150,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineer

Senior-level opportunity focusing on the

design and leadership of HVAC and mechanical systems

for new construction, renovations, and upgrades across a wide range of project types — higher education, commercial, hospitality, municipal, and institutional facilities. Qualifications

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering

(or related field) Professional Engineer (PE) – Florida 15+ years of mechanical design experience Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary project teams Skills & Expertise

Proficient in

AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of

building codes

and HVAC design standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to

manage multiple projects and deadlines Collaborative leadership and mentoring approach Analytical, decisive, and solutions-oriented mindset Responsibilities

Lead the

design, evaluation, and planning

of mechanical systems Develop

HVAC system layouts , load calculations, and equipment selections Conduct field surveys and document existing mechanical systems Prepare and review

construction drawings, specifications, and technical reports Ensure

code compliance

and perform QA/QC on design deliverables Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders Mentor junior engineers and support team development Participate in

client engagement and business development
