Lead technical discussions to identify gaps in the telematics data platform and influence its roadmap
Collaborate with firmware engineers and vehicle experts to enhance visibility of vehicle data for customers
Work with engineering teams to make design decisions that ensure a seamless customer experience
Ship features based on customer feedback and measure their impact for continuous improvement
Champion and embody the company's cultural principles as the organization scales
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of professional industry experience in software development
Strong programming fundamentals in languages such as Java, Python, or Golang
Experience designing and architecting large, high-scale systems
Ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver project milestones effectively
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working on production systems managing large amounts of data
Proven track record in designing and developing highly reusable interfaces
Experience shipping to customers or building platforms
Familiarity with Golang for building production services
Skills in fostering collaboration within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
