Position Summary We’re looking for a detail-driven and fast-paced
AP Invoice Processor
to join a high-volume, high-accuracy team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with data, and is committed to meeting daily quotas while maintaining precision.
Key Responsibilities
Process
1,000–1,300 invoices per day
using a large-screen workbench system.
Enter, validate, and correct invoice data to ensure accuracy through the
IBR process .
Match invoices to purchase orders (POs) and resolve discrepancies.
Log daily activity in spreadsheets and track progress toward individual quotas.
Navigate multiple resolution queues and supplier sites.
Perform Excel-based data loads and coding for invoice uploads.
Participate in a structured audit and training program with peer support.
Maintain attention to detail across multiple entities and supplier records.
Qualifications
3+ years
of experience in Accounts Payable or invoice processing.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience with PO matching and invoice resolution.
Proficient in
Excel
and data entry systems.
