About the role This Senior Downstream Global Product Manager will be responsible for executing the launch of a new platform technology to treat calcified peripheral artery disease globally. This individual will focus on driving product integration and launch initiatives to drive PI vascular sales growth. Major focus of this work will be on managing the capital equipment and console strategy. This person will be collaborating with the broader marketing strategy and marketing activation teams, interfacing with physicians, and training the sales team.
Work Mode At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include
Partnering closely with two other downstream PMs to execute a strategic US launch plan – inclusive of developing a value proposition, messaging, clinical positioning, pricing, etc. to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work closely with Commercial Ops, Marketing Partners (strategy, upstream), Brand Activation, Clinical, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, and Sales to ensure alignment and successful execution of launch plan and supporting marketing initiatives.
Plan for launch of this product outside of the US in close partnership with regional marketing partners and oversee management of the global business – which includes forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
Monitor the market landscape to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats. Use this information to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and KOLs. Gather customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide reports to management on key metrics, insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
Track and analyze the global financial performance, to include revenue and profitability. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial outcomes. Provide recommendations on capital programs and product pricing strategies.
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or healthcare
5+ years prior medical device product management experience (product launch/commercialization)
Experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives through core team leadership
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Project management skills and experience
Strong analytical, strategic planning and financial analysis skills
Experience with building strong physician relationships
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, to include international travel.
Preferred qualifications
Advanced degree (such as MBA)
Experience with peripheral interventions products and customers
Minimum Salary: $99,100
Maximum Salary: $188,300
