We are seeking an experienced

Full Stack Developer

with strong expertise in

Java ,

AWS , and

Quality Assurance (QA)

practices to join our client project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based full-stack applications in a cloud-native (AWS) environment.

Collaborate with product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.

Implement and maintain front-end and back-end components, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.

Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and QA validation to ensure robust and high-quality deliverables.

Deploy and monitor applications using AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, etc.).

Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for better performance and reliability.

Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders regarding project updates, risks, and milestones.

Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong hands-on expertise in Java / Spring Boot / RESTful APIs.

Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.

Solid understanding of AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.).

Exposure to QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.

Experience in the airline or travel domain is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Certification (Developer or Solutions Architect Associate).

Experience in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.

Self-starter, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
