What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage customer onboarding, drive adoption, support retention efforts, and assist with renewals and account growth opportunities
Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Support account plans by identifying opportunities, addressing risks, and ensuring alignment with customer goals
Monitor customer health metrics and use CRM tools to inform decisions and track progress toward success goals
Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to address customer needs and improve the overall experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong communication, customer empathy, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Proven experience in customer success or account management
Ability to manage a dedicated book of business effectively
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer health metrics
Ability to work full-time from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the automotive technology industry
Background in sales or marketing roles
Familiarity with business reviews and customer testimonials
Strong analytical skills to assess customer health metrics
