Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

What You’d Do

Work with prospective customers to discover their “points of pain” and develop solutions

Accurately forecast sales deliverables and KPI’s

Achieve sales goals and work independently

Perform sales prospecting using consultative sales techniques to build long‑standing business relationships; marketing; pricing.

Prepare and conduct heavy phone prospecting, sales presentations, virtual demonstrations, and handle contract negotiations with minimum supervision.

Identify customer needs and utilize solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of BrightView services.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients

Build and maintain trust‑based professional relationships with key decision makers

Plan daily and hit specific activity benchmarks and close business

Log activity consistently and reliably in CRM (Salesforce)

Work in a fast‑paced environment while operating with a high sense of urgency

Communicate proactively with all decision makers and influencers.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Extensive B2B selling experience at mid to senior levels, 3-5 years

Experience managing multiple projects and multi‑tasking in a large territory

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Experience with a CRM or SFA tool

Proven track record of sales goal attainment and pipeline management

Highly competitive, positive, and results‑driven

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills for client‑centric, solution/value‑based proposals

Experience with social media

Local knowledge and contacts in market segments preferred

Self‑motivated and self‑directed

Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales desirable
