Build, maintain, sequence and prioritize Agile (Scrum / Sprint) team backlog, with input from customer, Product Manager, System Architect/Engineering and other partners. Collaborate with the Agile team and write user stories and requirements including acceptance criteria and acceptance tests, typically for 1 or 2 Agile/Scrum teams. Review and accept completed user stories, being accountable for user story quality and performance in production environment. Coordinate user story, functional, and technical dependencies with other Product Owners throughout each iteration and Program Increment. Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree (Required) 4-7 years of relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and System Analyst or Architecture/Software Engineer experience in an agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

2+ years of relevant Product Management, Business Analyst, and System Analyst or Architecture/Software Engineer experience in an agile software product development environment. 2+ years' experience delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools. Strong requirements elicitation and validated writing skills, including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. Ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that DevOps teams can ingest. Proven track record of effectively and efficiently connecting with leadership, technical and non-technical audiences while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. Strong analytical abilities with a history of identifying/analyzing/synthesizing product use data. Base Pay Range: $94,600 - $170,700 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular roles are eligible for an annual bonus or incentives based on role and performance. Most corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance. Some positions in Customer Care may be eligible for monthly bonuses.
