Program Lead – Hummelstown, PA Merakey, a non‑profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services, is seeking a

Program Lead

to oversee the day‑to‑day management and oversight of select programs in Hummelstown, PA.

Earn up to $21/hour with the election of the Enhanced Pay option.

Responsibilities

Coordinate program activities and ensure delivery of high‑quality services to participants.

Manage daily operations for specific programs or services within the designated division.

Possibly manage a caseload of participants.

Provide guidance, support, and direction to staff members; assign duties and conduct regular check‑ins.

Maintain client safety and security by enforcing policies, monitoring behaviors, and intervening as needed.

Respond effectively to emergencies or crises following established protocols.

Act as lead staff and point person when on shift.

Prepare and manage house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.

Perform direct care responsibilities, including ADLs, food preparation/feeding, and required supervision.

Manage medication administration.

Coordinate incident management with Program Manager and QCO.

Handle housekeeping, menu development, grocery shopping, and general maintenance of the home.

Perform daily maintenance tasks (lightbulbs, filter cleanings, etc.) and submit repair requests as needed.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to make quick decisions and remain calm under pressure.

Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
