What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage customer onboarding, drive adoption, support retention efforts, and assist with renewals and account growth opportunities

Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction

Support account plans by identifying opportunities, addressing risks, and ensuring alignment with customer goals

Monitor customer health metrics and use CRM tools to inform decisions and track progress toward success goals

Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to address customer needs and improve the overall experience

What is Required (Qualifications)

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Excellent relationship‑building skills with a customer‑focused mindset

Ability to manage a dedicated book of business effectively

Experience with CRM tools to track customer progress and health metrics

Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and account growth

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in customer success or account management within the technology sector

Familiarity with onboarding processes and customer retention strategies

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, such as sales and marketing

Strong analytical skills to assess customer health metrics
