Senior IT Transformation Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Healthcare Product & Engagement Manager to lead product strategy, client engagement, and delivery execution across healthcare analytics and data platforms. This hybrid role combines the strategic vision of a product manager with the client‑facing leadership of an engagement manager, ideal for someone who thrives in cross‑functional environments and understands both business and technology.
Key Responsibilities Product Leadership
Define and execute product roadmaps for healthcare analytics and data platforms.
Translate clinical and operational needs into scalable product features.
Lead data governance and interoperability efforts using HL7, FHIR, and USCDI standards.
Partner with product, clinical, operational, and IT teams to understand data needs and deliver insights that drive business value.
Communicate technical concepts and findings to non‑technical audiences, including executives, clinicians, and administrators.
Engagement Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring scope, delivery, and satisfaction.
Manage stakeholder communications, issue resolution, and change control.
Lead Agile ceremonies and sprint planning with offshore and onshore teams.
Drive adoption and value realization through strategic client interactions.
Lead a team of Data Engineers, Data Analysts / Modelers and BI engineers.
Technical Execution
Oversee development of data pipelines and reporting solutions using Snowflake, Azure, SQL Server, Oracle and Power BI, SAP Business Objects.
Manage GitHub repositories and CI / CD workflows for analytics products.
Ensure data quality, lineage, and security across platforms using tools like Azure Purview and dbt.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in healthcare product management, engagement delivery, or technical consulting.
Strong understanding of healthcare data governance, interoperability, and HIPAA compliance.
Proven track record in data analysis, data modeling, and mapping data to healthcare industry standards (OMOP, FHIR, HL7, USCDI, ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, SNOMED-CT).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) for healthcare analytics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to translate data insights into business actions.
Hands‑on experience with Snowflake, Azure, SQL, Python, and GitHub.
Nice to Have
Certifications in Epic Systems, HL7 / FHIR, or Azure are a plus.
Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI applications in healthcare.
Experience with R, or SAS for data extraction and analysis.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) for data visualization.
