What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Collaborate with customers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions

Participate in the full software development life cycle, actively engaging in Agile scrum teams in various roles

Support requirements testing and defect management to ensure minimal production defects

Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary project approvals

Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, providing accurate documentation and project status updates

What is Required (Qualifications):

Must be a US citizen

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field

3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT

Strong analytical skills and understanding of the application product lifecycle

Experience in quality assurance and documentation processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

1 - 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry

1 - 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
