Temp role
Full-cycle recruitment for the entire organization
Works in close coordination and cooperation with management to fill organization vacancies
Posts and regularly refreshes active job postings on both internal and external sites
Fills positions with qualified candidates in a timely manner, adhering to Federal and California and Licensing standards, and otherwise ensuring compliance through proper documentation and fairness throughout the recruitment process
Screens candidates for technical and cultural competencies through review of applications and resumes
and initial interviews
Coordinates and schedules
