As a Corporate Travel Agent, your key responsibilities will be to coordinate and manage all aspects of employee travel, ensuring arrangements are efficient, cost‑effective, and compliant with company policies. You will research and secure the best travel options, prepare detailed itineraries, and provide guidance on travel requirements and documentation. Additionally, you’ll track expenses, maintain accurate travel records, and work closely with employees and vendors to deliver a smooth, stress‑free travel experience.

What It Takes
2+ years of experience in corporate travel management, travel advising, or a related role
Training or certification in travel management, hospitality, or business administration
Proficiency with travel booking systems, online travel portals, and expense management software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with employees and vendors
Ability to sit for extended periods while managing bookings and administrative tasks
Flexibility to work outside standard hours or adjust to changing travel schedules when needed
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
