Director of Recruitment at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. This hybrid-remote position requires a minimum of three days per week in the corporate office located in Kansas City, MO.

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Recruitment to lead our recruitment strategy and oversee recruitment operations.

The Director of Recruitment is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization. This role will oversee the recruitment team, optimize systems and processes, and partner closely with leadership to ensure staffing needs are met for both immediate and long-term growth.

This position does require travel to our health care facilities throughout the nation. Travel requirements could be up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Lead recruitment strategy and oversee recruitment operations

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization

Oversee the recruitment team, optimize systems and processes

Partner closely with leadership to meet staffing needs for immediate and long-term growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent years of experience

7+ years of progressive recruitment/talent acquisition experience

Minimum of 3 years in a Recruiting Manager or Director role overseeing a team of 10+

Proven success managing large-scale recruitment in a multi-site, multi-state organization

Prior experience in health care recruitment, specifically long term care and senior living

Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Experience in ATS Administration; prior experience with New iCIMS is highly preferred

Ability and willingness to travel; travel may be required unexpectedly

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational and time management abilities
