Senior Defense Talent Acquisition Specialist - CGI Federal

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Collaborate with administrators and specialists to optimize database performance via indexing, query optimization, and other techniques. Work cross?functionally with team members and government leaders to understand data requirements and deliver high?quality data solutions. Collaborate to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. Engage with stakeholders to define system features, functions, and capabilities for agile development and delivery. Develop and maintain documentation for data infrastructure. Monitor and troubleshoot data?centric issues and provide timely solutions. Continuously improve data reporting and visualizations based on new requirements and mission needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. U.S. citizenship and a Secret security clearance required. 3 to 5 years experience as a Data Engineer, Database Administrator, or similar role focusing on Microsoft SQL technologies. Proven experience with Power BI. 3 to 5 years experience with ETL, SQL, UNIX/Linux, and Big Data distributed systems. Basic knowledge of search technology, building real?time data pipelines, and Java/Python programming. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and lead projects effectively. Ability to interpret, validate, and map data?centric requirements to appropriate solutions. Active DoD Secret clearance and IAT II certification (e.g., Security+, Cloud+).

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Java and Python, orchestration tools, and related technologies. Experience with configuration management and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps). Excellent interpersonal skills, presentations, and communication. Experience working within an Agile environment. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Experience with DevSecOps principles and DoD policies.

Compensation: $88,200.00 - $195,200.00 (U.S., current range).
