perform several duties during a typical shift. Sandwich Maker assist Dunkin customers with orders, prepare food to customer specifications, operate cash registers, and complete other jobs assigned by a manager. Sandwich Maker also field customer questions and complaints about personnel or products. Sandwich Maker may need to complete other duties apart from customer service, including cleaning and stocking. Sandwich artists at Biggby may need to clean kitchen, restaurant, and restroom areas as well as stock food goods when supply runs low. Responsibilities Include: Prepare and serve Sandwiches, coffee, espresso, specialty drinks, teas, smoothies, and food items according to Biggby recipes and brand standards. Take guest orders at the register, drive-thru, or mobile ordering system and process payments accurately. Greet guests with enthusiasm, a smile, and a positive attitude, creating a welcoming environment. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including seasonal items and promotions, and answer guest questions confidently. Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times. Restock cups, lids, straws, condiments, syrups, and other supplies as needed. Keep work areas clean and organized, including counters, equipment, and guest seating areas. Operate equipment safely and according to training (espresso machines, blenders, ovens, etc.). Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operations. Uphold speed of service standards while maintaining accuracy and quality. Support team goals by assisting in stocking, organizing, and cleaning tasks as assigned. Provide solutions to guest concerns or complaints in a friendly and professional manner. Key Competencies: Strong guest focus and hospitality mindset. Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment. Dependable, punctual, and demonstrates integrity and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and grow within the company. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Physical Demands / Working Conditions: Standing on feet for extended periods of time. Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., boxes, ice, product). Working in a small space with hot and cold equipment. Weekend availability required. This Biggby Coffees restaurant is independently owned and operated under a franchise agreement with Global Orange, LLC.
