Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in driving revenue growth for our company by proactively reaching out to customers and prospects to promote our line of manual door hardware products, including closers, hinges, locks, exit devices, and accessories. This role emphasizes outbound phone sales and relationship building to customers. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our hardware. Duties/Responsibilities:

Make

outbound sales calls

to new and existing customers to promote our DCM closers, hinges, locks, pivots, and exit devices to generate quotes and close sales.

Prepare and follow up on quotes, ensuring timely responses and competitive pricing.

Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through customer outreach.

Develop a strong understanding of our product line to recommend hardware to customers based on their needs.

Manage customer accounts, maintain regular contact, and grow sales volume.

Collaborate with outside sales representatives to support key accounts that are service focused and new business initiatives.

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, calls, and opportunities within the CRM system.

Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Partner with marketing to support campaigns, product launches, and promotional efforts.

Qualifications:

2–4 years of inside sales or customer service experience in a

manufacturing or industrial

environment; experience in

manual door hardware

or related building products preferred.

Proven success with

outbound calling and business development

preferred.

High school diploma/GED.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.

Communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
