We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO and lead our New York site operations. This is a unique opportunity to act as the CEO’s right hand, driving key initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of our strategic goals in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Serving as a trusted confidant to the CEO
Oversee and manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and communications to optimize their effectiveness and productivity
Lead and coordinate high-impact meetings, ensuring agendas are aligned with company objectives and outcomes are actioned
Drive the day-to-day operations of the New York site, ensuring operational excellence and addressing any challenges that arise
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, Prepare and analyze reports, presentations, and other documents that support strategic decision-making
Identify and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely and successful completion
Requirements
Minimum of two years in a strategic role, or as a former entrepreneur with operations or business experience, preferably in a startup or tech environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a track record of making independent decisions and leading initiatives
Proficiency in G-Suite is essential, and experience with a task management system is required, familiarity with Monday.com is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
Bachelor’s degree preferred, focusing on business, management, or a related field
Compensation range: $90-100k
