REIC is hiring an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager - Indirect Supplies based in the Denver Tech center,

to oversee sourcing and purchasing of all non-equipment goods that keep our rental operations running—shop supplies, hardware, hoses, fluids, uniforms, PPE, cleaning products, and other consumables. This role ensures our branches and shops have reliable, cost-effective access to materials while driving

vendor compliance, standardization, and cost savings

driving savings, building supplier partnerships, and creating standardization across our network. Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management & Negotiation

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.

Secure competitive pricing, service levels, and favorable contract terms.

Monitor performance and hold vendors accountable for quality and delivery.

Standardization & Supply Chain Optimization

Develop and maintain company-wide standards for consumables and shop supplies.

Ensure branches use approved vendors and consistent supplies (fluids, hoses, uniforms, PPE).

Consolidate purchasing to leverage scale and reduce vendor fragmentation.

Maintain product consistency to support safety, quality, and efficiency.

Procurement Operations

Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements in the ERP system.

Forecast needs with shop/branch managers and maintain stock levels.

Track spend, vendor compliance, and savings initiatives; report results to leadership.

Collaboration

Partner with Fleet/Maintenance to ensure consumables keep equipment rent-ready.

Support branch operations with supply needs.

Manage uniforms/apparel programs in partnership with management.

Align with Finance on budgets, approvals, and payments.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Implement procurement policies, approval workflows, and vendor programs.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements, and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in the

rental, construction, or industrial services.

MUST

have experience managing multiple service and retail locations in the rental, construction or industrial services industries.

Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills.

Familiarity with shop operations and indirect supplies (fluids, PPE, hoses, uniforms).

ERP/procurement systems experience; strong Excel skills.

Analytical, organized, and excellent communicator.

Ability to travel up to 50% to branches and vendor sites.
