myneva Group
Your mission
Your Mission :
myneva.connect is the mobile app that connects care organizations with their clients and their families. It offers transparency, engagement, and trust — allowing relatives to stay informed, communicate easily, and feel close to their loved ones’ daily life.
As Product Owner, you will define and execute the vision for myneva.connect, ensuring it delivers real value for both care providers and end users. You’ll transform user feedback and business insights into meaningful, intuitive digital experiences that strengthen relationships and make care communication effortless.
Your Tasks:
Shape the product vision and roadmap – develop and maintain a clear, pragmatic vision for myneva.connect, aligned with user needs, business goals, and long‑term maintainability.
Translate insights into action – turn feedback from clients, relatives, and internal stakeholders into actionable roadmaps, epics, and user stories.
Own the backlog – manage and prioritize the product backlog to balance new features, technical improvements, and app performance.
Champion user experience and engagement – ensure the app is intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable for all users, with a strong focus on usability and design consistency.
Collaborate across teams – work closely with Product Owners from other myneva products to ensure seamless data flow and consistent user experience across the myneva ecosystem.
Ensure compliance and security – incorporate data protection and privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR) into product design and development.
Measure and improve – use analytics, feedback, and usage data to guide decisions and continuously improve engagement and satisfaction.
Your profile
Experience: 5+ years of experience in product or project management, ideally within SaaS or mobile app environments.
Agile mindset: proven experience in agile product development, backlog prioritization, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Customer empathy: strong understanding of B2B2C products, with the ability to balance organizational needs and end‑user experience.
Analytical and structured: capable of making data‑informed decisions while balancing short‑term needs and long‑term product evolution.
Regulatory awareness: experience translating data privacy and compliance requirements into product design and features.
Domain understanding: familiarity with the social care or child and youth welfare domain is an advantage — but a direct care background is not required.
Collaboration: comfortable working in an international product organization with shared processes and interconnected backlogs.
