Job Summary:

We're seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support overnight patient care in a med-surg unit. This is an ideal role for CNAs with strong hospital-based experience who are confident providing care to medically complex patients in a fast-paced, clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support activities of daily living
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Accurately document care in the EMR system
• Collaborate with RNs and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Required Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience working in a hospital setting
• Minimum 6 months in a med-surg unit
• Hands-on EMR usage for documentation
